Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy varies by booking type – Workshops VS. Private Bookings –so please read below before booking. 

Exceptions to this policy are made on a case by case basis, by the owners of Get Muddy & Terraform Studio.

 

Get Muddy – Workshops

Step 1) Notify us via email, or via the contact form on our homepage, if you need to cancel/reschedule your booking. Please quote your order number in the subject line. You are always elligable to transfer your ticket(s) to another person, so long as you notify us via email (before your session date) of the new ticket holder’s contact details (first & last name, email & phone).

Step 2) We offer cancellations in the form of a credit only. There is a cost to cancel/reschedule any booking ($15 admin fee). To be elligable for a full credit (less the $15 admin fee), you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of any WORKSHOP/CASUAL CLASS/1-ON-1 BOOKING.

Step 3) If you are outside the full credit period, you are still elligable for a 50% refund in the form of a credit. The value of cancelled bookings will be issued in the form of a refund or credit to reschedule your event. Credits can also be redeemed for; another class, wheel hire or homewares. 

Step 4) Please allow up to 14 business days for all credits to be processed & vouchers to be issued.

Get Muddy – Private Events

Step 1) Notify us via email, or via the contact form on our homepage, if you need to cancel/reschedule your Party Booking. Please quote your order number in the subject line.

Step 2) We offer refunds on Private Bookings only. A $200 cancellation fee applies – often the nonrefundable deposit used to reserve your date. You must cancel at least 14 days before the date of your PRIVATE PARTY or COURSE.

Step 3) If you are outside the full refund period, you are still elligable for a 50% refund in the form of a credit. The value of cancelled bookings will be issued in the form of a refund or credit to reschedule your Private Event. Credits can also be redeemed for; another class, wheel hire or homewares.

Step 4) Please allow up to 14 business days for all credits/refunds to be processed.
