STUDIO SESSIONS – LAUNCHED!
DIY Version or Experienced Potters
Very soon you will be able to book in, during our regular business hours, to throw or handbuild at your leisure. Designed as an independent practice time (ie. no instruction) it is perfect for a casual DIY pottery experience or practiced ceramacists needing a space to make their art.
PRIVATE INSTRUCTION – LAUNCHED!
1/2 hr & 1 hr sessions
For those looking for a little bit of guidance on the wheel or handbuilding, you can add a 1/2 hour or 1 hour of private instruction to your Studio Session Booking. One of the Two Muddy Men will sit and throw or handbuild with you. Learn the basics or overcome a particular hurdle you are experiencing – you decide the direction for your session.
STUDIO MEMBERSHIP – LAUNCHED!
This is the perfect option for when you have caught the bug! We plan to also offer a limited amount of memberships to the studio. With lots of perks, to help you on your pottery journey, this is for those ready to take the time to invest & develop their craft.
POTTERY COURSES – July 2022
We will be launching a series of several week long courses. They will be aimed at honing a particular skill (basics of wheel throwing) or to help master a particular shape (vase, mug, bowl, etc) or explore the endless possibilities in pottery (sculptural handbuilding & glazing).
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS POTTERY WORKSHOPS – LAUNCHED!
Although most of our students & artists are adults, we cannot wait to run workshops for kids & families during the school holidays period. We plan to launch our first School Holiday Pottery Workshops this July 2022.
PRIVATE POTTERY WORKSHOPS – LAUNCHED!
Corporate & Private Events
We can’t think of a better way to break through the mundane than getting covered in clay! These private or semi-private events can be a mix of handbuilding & throwing or purely handbuilding.
PUBLIC KILN FIRINGS – July 2022
Our gorgeous Kiln West Electric Kiln will soon be ready for public firings. Located off site in Golden Bay, your pieces will be able to be dropped off for bisquing, glazing & glaze firing.

As we build our retail area in the shop, we are working with professional Australian clay, tools & wheel manufacturers, to bring you all the things to elevate your ceramics.
